Jiu Jitsu

Coach Chris is a 3rd-degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt under the tutelage of martial arts legend Sensei Erik Paulson. His prowess in this discipline is underscored by his titles as an IBJJF European Gold Medallist and a Gracie European Invitational Gold Medallist.

Catch Wrestling

Coach Chris has competed at the USA V The World Main Event Los Angeles and won both the Catch Wrestling World Champion and UK Championships.
